Unusual Weather
From high hedges to high winds — Fife has had more than its share of odd weather recently. My personal experience is not the worst case, but I sympathise with those who have felt the effects of our unusual weather.

High Hedges
Last November in this column, I mentioned that I attended the first Parliamentary Working Group set up to write legislation for the control of high hedges between neighbouring residential properties. I am pleased to report that progress has been made.
